London's Finest Pool membership terms and conditions

1) All individuals must have a valid London's Finest Pool membership to access:
        i. London's Finest Pool tournaments unless stated otherwise.
        ii. Discounted table rates:
                - £4.50 per hour Monday-Friday 10am-4pm
                - £9.00 per hour Monday-Friday 4pm til closing and Saturday-Sunday all day
        iii. Booking system (see 3 for more details)

2) The discounted table rates available to London's Finest Pool members will only apply:
        i. Where all members of the party playing are London's Finest Pool members. If there are any non-members, the full table rate will apply
        ii. No 3 for 2 deal is applied; the 3 for 2 promotion at London Snooker is only available at full price
        iii. At London Snooker Tooting only - these rates do not apply at London Snooker Acton or any other London Snooker branch
        iv. On American Pool only - these rates do not apply to Snooker or English Pool

3) The booking system will be available on 5 tables at all times. In order to book, London's Finest Pool members must:
        i. Book at least 1 hour in advance. If the desired table has just been opened by another party, the club may ask for the booking to be placed on an alternative table
        ii. Arrive on time for their booking - if members are more than 5 minutes late to their booking, the club have the right to give their table away to any other customers waiting
        iii. Pay for the full duration of their booking at the start of their session even if they are late or do not use the whole time
        iv. Give up the table at the end of their booking if there is another booking directly afterwards

4) All London's Finest Pool memberships will be granted at the discretion of the London's Finest Pool admin team. This decision will be based on (but not limited to) tournament attendance, player global status in billiard sports and behaviour.

5) London's Finest Pool is a community group promoting American Pool in the UK. All members must adhere to our community guidelines which include (but not limited to):
        i. Stay respectful to admins, club staff, players and other London Snooker members at all times including in person and online
        ii. Not engage in any form of verbal or physical abuse at our events or at any London Snooker branch
        iii. Play at London's Finest Pool events fairly and within the rules set out by London's Finest Pool
        iv. Respect all the equipment provided by London's Finest Pool and London Snooker
        v. Respect all equipment belonging to others

6) London's Finest Pool has a zero tolerance policy on 'drugs' - referring to illegal drugs.

7) London's Finest Pool Members must be valid members of London Snooker.
        i. London's Finest Pool membership is non-refundable
        ii. London Snooker membership is non-refundable
        iii. London's Finest Pool membership may be subject to future price increases
        iv. London Snooker membership may be subject to future price increases
        v. London's Finest Pool reserve the right to refuse membership
        vi. London Snooker reserve the right to refuse membership
        vii. London's Finest Pool reserve the right to revoke membership for abuse of any of these terms and conditions
        viii. London Snooker reserve the right to revoke membership for breach of the club's rules

8) London's Finest Pool will not share any members' sensitive information unless otherwise agreed.

9) All London's Finest Pool tournaments are subject to photography and videography for the purposes of marketing and promotion.

10) All terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.

11) By becoming a member of London's Finest Pool, you agree to these terms and conditions.
